A message from our representative

Hello, I am Taiga Sato, an administrative scrivener (gyoseishoshi).
Thank you for visiting our website. We obtain apostilles and consular legalizations quickly on behalf of busy clients.
Our office is in Minato-ku, Tokyo, where many embassies are located, so we can reach the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, notary offices and embassies quickly. This lets us complete urgent procedures promptly.
Our clients include individuals about to study or work abroad, doctors living overseas, large listed companies and small and medium-sized businesses.
We have a DHL export account, so we can ship documents abroad smoothly.
Apostille and consular legalization procedures can take a great deal of time and rework if you are not familiar with them.
Speed matters, but so does careful double-checking. We have seen cases where a misspelled name was registered on an important document, and correcting it cost a great deal of time and money.
If you need help, please feel free to contact us. We can assist in English and Japanese.
